TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The client (“Buyer”) desires to purchase research items from https://slimsciencepeptides.com (“Slim Science Peptides”). The purpose of this Agreement is to allow the parties to determine the conditions and restrictions of the sale and purchase of the items.

As used herein, the term “ITEM” means any product and/or services which Buyer purchases or obtains from Slim Science Peptides including, but not limited to, Peptides and/or Supplements.

Furthermore, it is agreed that all purchases of ITEMS by Buyer from Slim Science Peptides shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:

All items on this site are for research and development use only. Items listed are not for human consumption of any kind.
The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration.
The statements and the products of this company are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Slim Science Peptides is a chemical supplier. Slim Science Peptides is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Simple Peptide not an outsourcing facility as defined under 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
All products are sold for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only, and are not for human consumption. Basic scientific research does NOT include any clinical, diagnostic, or human research.
Buyer agrees that items researched and/or purchased will NOT be used for any human consumption and are for qualified professionals only to entertain.
Buyer agrees that Slim Science Peptides will not take any legal responsibilities for improper usage of any MATERIAL researched or purchased from this site. In no event shall Slim Science Peptides, or anyone associated with the brand be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages, whether Buyer’s claim in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. In consideration of the sale of the product to the Buyer, which sales we would not otherwise make, Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Slim Science Peptides harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of Buyer’s handling and/or use of any product found here.
In purchasing anything referenced here on this site, the customer acknowledges that there are hazards associated with their handling and use. Customer represents and warrants to us that from customer’s own independent review and study they are fully aware and knowledgeable about the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the items purchased.
Slim Science Peptides reserves the right to limit sales of any item or not to sell any item to unqualified customers as deemed fit by the company.
It is understood that all of the items researched, and as a result of that research, purchased here will be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.
The Buyer of these items conveys to Slim Science Peptides the limited, non-transferable right to use the purchased amount of the MATERIAL only to perform internal research for the sole benefit of the Buyer.
Buyer acknowledges that any item listed here may not have been specifically tested by Slim Science Peptides for safety and efficacy in food, drug, and medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use.
Buyer realizes that, since Slim Science Peptide’s items are, unless otherwise stated, intended primarily for research purposes nothing else, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory. Buyer assumes responsibility to assure that the MATERIAL purchased from Slim Science Peptides are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.
Buyer has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using any item purchased from Slim Science Peptides.
Buyer agrees to comply with instructions, if any, furnished by Slim Science Peptides relating to the use of the items and not misuse of the items in any manner.
Buyer agrees that they may not post, review or publicly attack the Slim Science Peptides with any false information about the items researched and purchased.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. No modification or alteration of this Agreement shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties hereto. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors and assigns.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to establish or require the establishment of any contract or arrangement of any kind, other than regarding the restrictions on disclosure and use, including without limitation a contract or arrangement for research or product development between the parties hereto or any transfer, license, or purchase of technology by the parties hereto.
This Agreement is entered into under, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States of America.
Neither the discontinuation of discussions between the parties hereto regarding the subject matter of the Disclosure nor any other fact (except express written modification hereof) shall relieve either party from its obligations hereunder.
The provisions hereof shall be binding and enforceable only to the extent permitted by applicable law and shall be limited to the extent necessary such that they will not render this Agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable. If any term hereof shall be held illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties intend that the remaining provisions hereof shall constitute their agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall remain in full force and effect.
